Personal Data Processing Consent

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING CONSENT

I hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, confirming my legal capacity and that I have reached the age of 18, grant my consent to the collection and processing of my personal data:

1. List of Personal Data Processed

1. last name, first name, patronymic (if provided);
2. email address;
3. phone number (if provided);
4. masked bank card details (only for recurring payments; full card details are not received by the Operator);
5. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, interface language;
6. cookies and session identifiers;
7. behavioural data: clicks, page views, interaction with the interface;
8. date and time of visits, session duration;
9. statistics on the use of Service functionality.

2. Purposes of Processing

• registration and authentication in the Service;
• conclusion and performance of the License Agreement (public offer);
• making payments, including recurring ones;
• sending notifications of upcoming debits and changes to terms;
• technical support;
• statistical analysis and improvement of Service quality (based on depersonalised data).

3. Consent to Marketing Mailings

3.1. I hereby express my separate consent to receive marketing, informational and promotional materials from the Operator at the email address I have provided.

3.2. This consent may be withdrawn at any time independently of the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data: by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in any email or by sending a request to in@hotcat.ai.

4. Actions with Personal Data

The Operator is entitled to perform: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

Personal data may be transferred within the territory of the Russian Federation:

• to payment systems and aggregators — for the purposes of settlements and recurring payments;
• to analytics services — exclusively in depersonalised form;
• to the Operator’s contractors — to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract;
• to authorised state bodies — in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Content Processing and Neural Network Services

6.1. I hereby confirm that I am aware of the following: to perform the functions of the Service (content analysis), the Operator transfers to external Neural Network Services exclusively the Analysed Content — links to publicly available videos and materials of third parties that I provide for analysis.

6.2. My personal data (email, phone, payment details, etc.) is not transferred to Neural Network Services and is stored exclusively on servers in the Russian Federation.

6.3. Cross-border transfer of my personal data is not carried out by the Operator.

7. Recurring (Automatic) Payments

7.1. I hereby express my consent to the automatic (recurring) debiting of funds from the bank card I have linked for the payment of the Subscription to the Service.

7.2. I am aware that:

• the debit is made automatically on the date corresponding to the date of the initial payment;
• the Operator will notify me of the upcoming debit by email at least 2 (two) calendar days in advance;
• to disable automatic debiting, the card must be unlinked in the Personal Account or a request must be sent to in@hotcat.ai.

8. Data Retention Period

My personal data is stored for 3 (three) years from the moment I cease using the Service, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Upon expiration of this period, the data is destroyed or depersonalised.

9. Validity of Consent

This Consent is valid from the moment of its acceptance (checking the box upon registration, clicking the “Register” or “Pay” button, or another confirming action) and until its withdrawal.

10. Procedure for Withdrawing Consent

I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written notice to in@hotcat.ai or by post to the Operator’s address.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing previously carried out. After withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing within 30 days, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11. Rights of the Personal Data Subject and Procedure for Their Implementation

I am aware that, in accordance with Law No. 152-FZ, I have the right to:

• receive information about the personal data being processed;
• demand clarification, blocking or destruction of my personal data;
• withdraw this Consent;
• appeal the actions of the Operator to the authorised body — Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) — or to court.

12. Confirmation

I hereby confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://hotcat.ai/privacy) and the Public Offer (https://hotcat.ai/oferta), fully accept them and consent to the processing of personal data on the stated terms.

My implicit actions (checking the consent box, clicking the “Register” or “Pay” button) constitute, in accordance with clause 1 of Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006, a sufficient form of expression of this Consent.
